In the interaction model, participants in the experience investigate virtual home spaces to gather information about archetypal DirecTV customers.
Objects in the environment help participants understand customer interests and what DirecTV products and services they may have or wish to have.
An interactive quiz at the end of exploration has participants drag products or services to a customer avatar.
If the participant correctly identifies which products the customer would like based on the exploration of their home, the avatar responds positively.
